Yoga Blocks Grey

A modern take on an essential prop. The Grey Yoga Blocks are circular rather than rectangular, made from dense, supportive EVA foam. The round shape works three ways. Laid flat, its wider, rounder contact area gives a more stable base than a hard-edged block. Because they're sold as a pair, unlike most blocks, you can stack the two to reach the height you'd normally get from a rectangular block stood upright, so you lose nothing on classic standing poses. And turned onto its side, the circular shape unlocks something a flat block can't do: lean into it and rotate the block further to ease progressively deeper into a stretch. Stability, height and a new range of movement, in one considered piece.
