The Blue Pilates Ball is a compact, anti-burst essential, built for muscle activation, balance and rehabilitation. At around 20cm and comfortable to hold, it slips easily between the knees, under the back, or into your bag, adding gentle instability to Pilates, yoga, barre and reformer work. Comes with a pump so you can adjust firmness to suit each session.
