Hand weights charcoal 2 kg

The Charcoal Hand Weight is a considered take on the traditional dumbbell: pill-shaped iron wrapped in super-soft silicone, sold as a pair, and sculptural enough to leave out on a shelf rather than tucked away in a drawer. Studios integrate them into mat Pilates for weighted arm sequences, planks and bridge work, and into strength-led sessions for progression. At 2kg per weight, they suit mat-based strength work, longer holds and weighted sequences where you want more challenge than the 1kg provides.
